NKY Home Builders honor their best | Business

ERLANGER, KY (FOX19) - The Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky (HBA) announced their annual award winners at a ceremony held on last Friday. “Our award winners represent the best of the best in our industry. Many hundreds of individuals serve our industry every year and it is a special opportunity to recognize the outstanding contribution that these special individuals make to our organization and Northern Kentucky,” said Brian Miller, Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky.
Awards and Winners:
2011 Builder of the Year: Mike Kegley, The B.O.L.D Company
This award is presented annually to a Registered Builder or Remodeler who has demonstrated outstanding service to the HBA over the past year. The service may include specific committee leadership, board of directors/officer involvement, community service project, government affairs initiatives, membership recruitment, civic engagement or a combination of activities.
2011 Associate of the Year: Rob Stone, CK Ash Insurance Co.
This award is presented annually to the Associate Member who has demonstrated outstanding service to the HBA over the past year. The service may include specific committee leadership, board of directors/officer involvement, community service project, government affairs initiatives, membership recruitment, civic engagement or a combination of activities.
Donald M. Wiedeman Lifetime Achievement Award: Matthew Toebben, The Toebben Companies
This award, named after longtime HBA Executive Vice President, Don Wiedeman for 37 years of service, is presented annually to any current or previous HBA member who has demonstrated a lifetime of service to the HBA or the Northern Kentucky region over a minimum span of 20 years. This service may include a combination of civic engagement, community projects, business organization leadership, and public affairs service.
The mission of the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky is to promote and enhance the integrity and visibility of the construction industry and the members of the organization through advocacy, communication, education and political action.
