BELLEVUE, KY (FOX19) - Easter is just around the corner so Bellevue’s shopping district is “scrambling eggs” along Fairfield Avenue. On April 6 from 6 to 9 pm the merchants along Fairfield Avenue are bringing back the wildly popular "Scrambled Eggs" Easter event.
They will place treasure-filled eggs at the many shops, art galleries, and eateries in the historic shopping district. At each participating business, customers will receive an egg filled with a special surprise.
Eggs have been "scrambled" between the merchants, so shoppers won't have any idea what surprise you'll receive at each location. It could be a gift certificate, a discount coupon, a free gift, or a sweet treat. One lucky customer will receive "The Golden Egg", one which contains a diamond and tanzanite ring from Cleves and Lonnemann Jewelers.
Scrambled Eggs funs from 6-9 p.m. in the Fairfield Avenue (Route 8) shopping district, an area of old houses which starts a few blocks east I-471 as you head east.
